We hope you enjoy the products you order from us,
but if what you purchase does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return it
in it's original condition for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. The Refund
Process is explained below.
Ordering and Purchasing Information
The Catalog here is designed to let you see
and select the products you are interested in ordering. This is not a secure website, so our order process is an offline process.
There is an order form available and you're welcome to use that to help figure out your total, and
email it to us - or print it and mail or fax it to us at 402-426-1737. You may also simply call or email us about
any products you're interested in ordering.
Please include your phone
number - and email address if possible - so we can contact you, confirm your order and method of payment.
Please do NOT put your credit care
number in your email. We can accept Visa or MasterCard only at this time. We will contact you directly by
calling you to confirm credit card orders. We can also accept personal checks.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you are well satisfied with our productes
but if an item does not meet your needs for any reason, please return it in its original condition within 60 days
for a refund or exchange. Unless you specify otherwise, when you return the item, this is how we will handle
returns:
1. If paid by credit card, we will
credit the original credit card. If paid by check, we will send a check as refund.
2. We will refund/exchange to the amount of the items returned. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges.
3. We will return the refund or exchange to the same name and address to which the original order was sent.
For exchanges, please specify the
item, size, color and quantity to be exchanged.
We'd appreciate hearing about why
the item did not meet your needs or work out for you.
With any exchange or refund, please
include your email address or daytime telephone number in case we have any questions. To make sure we receive the
return, ship your item(s) to us by pre-paid, insured carrier.
